We met our senior year in college at Texas Christian University while conveniently studying entrepreneurship. We quickly became friends and bonded over a common interest for health, wellness and food.

So much so, that we decided to start a business our senior year, and opened a health food truck called Rollin' n Bowlin' serving acai bowls, smoothies and avocado toast right when we graduated. We ran the food truck every single day like a restaurant and posted up right by a local gym near campus. We hired students and formed a team. This was both of our full-time jobs!
